Yoga in the Gardens returns for a late-summer morning session in Cator Woolford Gardens.
Led by Melanie Cabrera from The Intown Retreat, this guided class is focused on gentle movement, breath, and starting the day at a slower pace. The setting is quiet and open—an easy place to settle in, whether you practice regularly or are just getting started. Join us!
This class is donation-based and open to all levels, and part of a seasonal series we’re continuing into the fall.

About the Instructor
Melanie Cabrera is passionate about sharing yoga as a practice of connection, healing, and self-discovery. She creates a welcoming space where students can explore movement, quiet the mind, embrace their uniqueness, and reconnect to themselves. “My hope is to guide others toward greater strength, self-love, and inner peace both on and off the mat.”
