Our Sunday morning Yoga in the Gardens series continues with an autumn session in Cator Woolford Gardens.

Led by Melanie Cabrera from The Intown Retreat, this guided class is focused on gentle movement, breath, and starting the day at a slower pace. The setting is quiet and open—an easy place to settle in, whether you practice regularly or are just getting started. Join us!

This class is donation-based and open to all levels, and part of a seasonal series we’re continuing into the spring.

**In case of rain, we’ll gather in Frazer Center’s beautiful atrium.**

What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, and anything else you need to be comfortable outdoors. We recommend bringing a blanket to put underneath your mat. We’ll have bottled water, but you may want to bring your own.

Additional details:
– Please arrive a few minutes early to check in
– Attendees will receive a few small CWG takeaways

Yoga Instructor Melanie Cabrera in Frazer Center’s Atrium

Melanie Cabrera is passionate about sharing yoga as a practice of connection, healing, and self-discovery. She creates a welcoming space where students can explore movement, quiet the mind, embrace their uniqueness, and reconnect to themselves. “My hope is to guide others toward greater strength, self-love, and inner peace both on and off the mat.”
