Meet Frazer’s New Board Members, 2023–2024

We are thrilled to welcome these amazing professionals to the Frazer Center Board of Directors! 


Kenya BrowningKENYA BROWNING is Managing Director and Principal of RaeDash Enterprises, LLC, a consulting organization providing technical expertise, training, and gap/surge support in the areas of financial management, grants management, and compliance for global nonprofit clients. She has a rich background in grants management with nonprofits including The Carter Center and the National Fish and Wildlife Federation. She holds an MBA from Clark-Atlanta. 


Starr BrunerSTARR BRUNER is Inclusive Postsecondary Education & Employment Director for Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD), leading their efforts around supported employment and post-secondary education for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She is an accomplished legislative advocate for Georgians with disabilities. Starr, a graduate of Kennesaw State, has worked as a Behavioral Therapist, and was previously on staff with the Marcus Autism Center and the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.


Jason HakeremJASON HAKEREM is Tax Managing Director with Business Tax Services at Deloitte Tax LLP. Jason was previously on the Frazer Center board from 2013–2020, serving as both Treasurer and Board Chair. One of his accomplishments during his board service was to make Frazer Center an annual beneficiary of Deloitte’s Impact Day. He has continued to be a generous donor and advisor to the board since rotating off in 2020. Per our bylaws, after a three year hiatus from board service Jason is now eligible for re-election to the board.


BRANDON HARTLEY is Director of External Affairs at AT&T where he is responsible for civic, community, education, economic, business, and governmental activities related to AT&T in Southeast Metro Atlanta and Outstate Georgia. Brandon holds an MBA from University of Georgia. He currently chairs the DeKalb County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Brandon was introduced to Frazer Center during a DeKalb Chamber Day of Service in 2019. He has secured AT&T funding for Frazer Center every year since then. 


ALISON KEELS is HR Business Partner for UPS Capital Markets. She has been with the company for over twenty years. Her responsibilities include talent management, strategic succession planning, recruiting, and talent retention. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Mercer University. She has a servant’s heart, with an extensive volunteer resume including youth service at Odyssey Atlanta and C5 Georgia.


MICHAEL MEMBERG is a partner at the law firm of Hickcox, Robertson & Stunda, where he represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. Michael has been active serving nonprofits as a volunteer with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Michael, a UGA grad who received his law degree from Mercer, is one of Frazer Center’s Lake Claire neighbors.
