Planning Meeting with Trees Atlanta NEW DATE: October 18, 2018

Frazer Center neighbor and Board Vice-Chair Courtney Adler and son helping out in Frazer Forest

DATE CHANGE: Thursday, October 18, 2018
6:00-7:00 p.m.
Frazer Center Rose Room

Are you a Frazer Center neighbor? Or an urban hiker who loves Frazer Forest? A dog lover who brings your pooch to the forest? A tree lover who is passionate about our city’s canopy? A curious life-long learner? YOU—please join us for this planning meeting about the final phase of our forest restoration project with Trees Atlanta.

For the past two years, the Trees Atlanta staff has been training volunteers to identify for removal any trees that pose a safety risk, as well as invasive plants that are harmful to the ecosystem. Now the project has reached the borders of the forest, and we need our neighbors to join with us on this final phase of the project and beyond.

Inclusion is a cornerstone of Frazer’s mission, and that includes our neighbors! Come be a part of protecting and preserving your neighborhood forest.
