Whether your gift is made through a will, retirement account, or another planned gift, your generosity helps future generations experience the same welcoming community that exists at Frazer today.

🌿 Gifts by Will or Trust

Include Frazer in your will or living trust by designating:

• a percentage of your estate
• a specific dollar amount
• a residual gift
• a contingency gift

Suggested Bequest Language:

A will or trust is a living document that can grow and change just as your life does. You can change designations at any time.

🌿 Gifts by Beneficiary Designation

You can name the Frazer Center as a beneficiary of your retirement account, life insurance policy, bank account, or brokerage account. These gifts transfer directly to the organization and generally do not pass through probate. Many companies have beneficiary designation forms on their websites. To designate Frazer as a beneficiary, follow the directions on your company’s form.

🌿 Gifts of Securities

The easiest way to make a stock gift is through electronic transfer.  Your broker will need the following information:

• DTC Number: 0725
• Account Name: The Frazer Center
• Account Number: 414AR308
• Brokerage: Raymond James ATTN: Sean O’Toole

Brokerages often do not provide the name of the donor when completing the transaction. To ensure we acknowledge your gift, please contact Director of Development Meredith Gray (m.gray@frazercenter.org) with your name and address, type of stock, and number of shares so that we can send you a thank you and receipt for your records.
 

🌿 Qualified Charitable Distribution Through Your IRA

If you have reached the age that you must take a required minimum distribution (RMD) from your IRA, you may reduce your taxable income with a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). Contact your retirement plan administrator to initiate the distribution.
While more companies are including the donor’s name with the distribution, please be sure to contact Director of Development Meredith Gray (m.gray@frazercenter.org) with the company name and amount of your contribution to ensure we acknowledge and receipt your donation.
 

🌿 Donor Advised Funds

A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) acts like a charitable saving account, allowing you to combine favorable tax benefits with flexible, long-term philanthropic giving. Your DAF advisor can help you set up a gift for The Frazer Center.
