Moments from Gather in the Gardens 2023
Gather in the Gardens was a success, thanks to our amazing community who showed up and stepped up.
That community includes participating vendors, without whom there would be no event.
- Atlanta Party Rentals provided the tent, lights, and power.
- Spectrum Entertainment provided professional audio and video services.
- Zest Atlanta Catering provided an amazing meal, open bars, and a delightful staff who kept things flowing.
The Lilac Wine trio set a beautiful tone during cocktail hour with their jazzy renditions.
And for the fifth year in a row, Taylor McCauley and his team from Boundless Auction Services made the auction a fun and lively part of the evening.
Of course the auction would not be successful without the participation of attendees. Friendly bidding wars created exciting drama. And we even had an impromptu amateur auctioneer join the fun when board member Phillip Campbell surprised the room with an auction item that he and his wife Tori threw in at the spur of the moment.
Frazer Center adult participants created the beautiful terrarium centerpieces, with the help of our community partner, Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance. At the end of the evening, guests were asked to lift up their dessert plates to reveal the one Frazer Center magnet that had been hidden at each table. That person got to take home the centerpiece from that table.
It was a fun and successful event, and we are already planning for next year’s event celebrating Frazer Center’s 75th anniversary. We hope to see you there!
