September 7–13 is Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible DSPs here at Frazer Center. Every day, they go above and beyond to support our adult participants with developmental disabilities—helping them build skills, foster friendships, and live full, meaningful lives.

One beautiful example? Our DSPs dreamed up and hosted a Masquerade Ball for our adult participants, their families, and friends. From co-creating décor and costumes with the adults to planning the music and festivities, they made a magical evening of joy and inclusion.

This event is just one glimpse into how DSPs enrich the lives of those we serve—not only through essential care and daily support, but also by creating opportunities for celebration, belonging, and community.
